For Michael Kors E-Gift Cards, if you elect to receive a copy via email of the E-Gift Card you sent to someone else, you will receive a confirmation email once the e-Gift Card is sent via email to its intended recipient. Michael Kors will not be responsible for delivery of the Michael Kors E-Gift Card to an incorrect yet deliverable email address, or to a nonexistent email address, as provided by the purchaser.
The standard Michael Kors Return Policy applies to any products purchased with a Michael Kors Gift Card, but Gift Cards themselves may not be returned. Refunds of purchases made with your Gift Card will be placed back on the card or on a new card.

To apply the balance of a Gift Card to an online purchase at www.michaelkors.com or www.michaelkors.ca, simply enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields in the payment stage of our checkout process. On a Michael Kors Classic Gift Card, the gift card number and the PIN are on the back of the physical card. The gift card number and the PIN for a Michael Kors E-Gift Card can be found in the copy of the E-Gift Card sent via email to the recipient.
To redeem a Michael Kors E-Gift Card at a participating Michael Kors retail store, print out the Michael Kors E-Gift Card email and present it at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your print-out includes a barcode, the gift card number and the PIN (or that you know the PIN) at the time of the purchase.
If you are using both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using your credit card. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.
